Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing for stress reduction and healing. The energy is transmitted through the palms of the practitioner to the recipient. It enhances and improves the body's ability to heal itself. Reiki sessions can be done in person or remotely.
Spiritual Healing Session 75 Minutes
$110
In a Spiritual Healing Session there's a brief consultation. After that, a combination of methods will be used such as Crystals, Chakra Balancing, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Affirmations, Herbs, and a full Reiki treatment to create a healing session unique to you.
Spiritual Coaching
A Spiritual Coach can help you shift gears and take your focus away from any negativity surrounding you so that you can take charge and focus on the positive in your life. Spiritual growth challenges us and opens us up to things that make our lives fuller and more satisfying. Helping you to get what you want out of life in a safe, secure, private, non judgmental environment. Set goals to work toward with the support of your Coach, or work through life challenges. Sessions are currently held remotely via Zoom. There will be a 30 minute free consultation appointment prior to your first session.

Private Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Yoga Nidra Meditation available. Classes can be done remotely on Zoom, or I can travel to your location if local. Single participant or groups. Email or text for prices and to schedule.
